Les loyers ont augmenté entre temps avec l’offre. (Je ne préfère même pas en parler tellement ça me fait mal au cœur). Les acteurs professionnels du secteur aussi sont plus nombreux. Le nombre d’agence immobilière a plus que doublé en deux ans passant de deux à cinq. Voici un petit tour d’horizon de ces agences.

In the last two years, the number of real estate agencies in the Comoros Islands has increased, as has the number of rental units and lease payments. With only two estate agencies in 2020; there are now five working in Moroni. Let’s have a look at these agencies..

I2A immobilier est la première agence immobilière crée aux Comores. Installée au Sud de Moroni, route du Retaj, I2A immobilier possède une agence à Mutsamudu, Anjouan. Une nouvelle agence a ouvert à Mkazi, Grande Comores.

I2A Immobilier was the first real estate agency established in the Comoros Islands. The agency is now located in three places: one in Moroni south, Retaj’s road, one in Mkazi, Ngazidja, and one in Mutsamudu, Anjouan.

Monimo

Ouvert depuis cinq ans, l’agence Monimo immobilier est situé à Zilimadju près de Comores télécom.

Founded five years ago, the agency is located in Zilimadju, in Moroni, near Comores Telecom agency.

Location Saisonnière // Seasonal rental

Toutes les agences au dessus proposent de la location saisonnière. Le site Airbnb opère aussi aux Comores.
Il existe une agence immobilière spécialisée dans la location saisonnière. Il s’agit de Bariza immobilier. Bariza Immobilier et Com’home se sont associés pour former une seule agence immobilière spécialisée dans la location saisonnière.
